Our goal is to create an environment which supports young scholars and scientists in their doctoral work – the first major piece of independent research in their careers. Member doctoral programs must meet high standards of quality in regard to academic content, support for doctoral candidates, international character and equal opportunity. The Humboldt Graduate School provides numerous services to its member programs and works to ensure high standards of quality. It supports doctoral candidates with services and training which are tailored to meet their needs and provides advice about resettling in Berlin. We also support member programs in their public relations activities and work to promote national and international awareness of graduate education at Humboldt-Universität"
